Tasting Notes:
Intense deep ruby red colour with great depth. The aromas are lifted and vibrant with spices, pepper and black fruits, underpinned with coffee bean from the french oak. The palate is soft and generous with lovely dark berry and spice flavours, mingling with velvety tannins through the long finish.
Organic and vegan friendly wine.

Wild Fox wines are about as feel-good as you can get. We make wines that are organic, biodynamic, very low in preservative and vegan-friendly. Originally located in the Adelaide Plains, South Australia, Wild Fox gained organic certification in 1998 out of a respect for health and the environment. Everything is taken to the Nth degree with practices documented by Adelaide University and minimal use of sulphur. Founded by the late Terry Markou, it all started from the purchase of a hobby farm in the 1990s and the recognition of the potential for organic produce. He named it after the village his father came from in Greece called Agrelopo, which translates to Wild Fox, Agro (wild) and alepou (fox). The business is a family affair with Terry's brother, Petros, continuing the legacy of the brand in the Australian market . Making wines sourced from South Australia's finest organic vineyards, with varietals like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and the award winning Merlot and Moscato, the winemaking team fashion wines that are fruit-driven, soft but full of flavour that offers premium quality wines at everyday prices.
