Sourced from Margaret River’s pristine growing area. A curated preservative free selection of organic Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, with fine tannins and soft berry characters. Fermented on skins, gently crushed, and balanced with American and French Oak, resulting in a full flavored silky-smooth finish. This flavorsome red wine is enhanced with organic plant-based antioxidants to replace the use of sulphites in the wine making process.
