Tasting Notes:

A nice straw colour and a bouquet of lifted ripe stone fruit characters of white peach and nectarine with toasty oak hints adding complexity. Stone fruit and lively citrus characters gives this wine a lovely palate complemented by vanilla oak and a tight acid structure providing backbone and length.
Organic and vegan friendly wine.

Sourced from premium certified organic vineyards throughout South Australia and now New South Wales, dedicated to the finest bio-dynamic farming practices, to produce wines of the finest quality that are receptive to the sensitive drinker and sensitive to the environment.
